ISSUE 18 Strategy -An explanatory video was prepared to explain the use of the electronic platform contents. -Communicate with all SAB members through the departments’ sub-site in SAB electronic portal titled «Strategic Information Every day.» - Welcome and awareness messages for the department’s representatives that will join the selected group of their sectors as members to support their added values and exchange experiences to achieve the strategic plan’s vision. Finally, the department implemented training programs and workshops for the strategic plan 2021-2025 to enable the departments’ representatives to disseminate strategic thinking and choose appropriate initiatives which cope with the competencies, tasks, and work nature of their departments and turn them into smart and measurable initiatives. Meetings were also held; they included lectures explaining the elements of the strategic plan, the next steps, and joint cooperation in transforming the strategic goals from general to smart goals. The meetings then discussed the development of measurement indicators for such goals. Furthermore, the department conducted workshops to explain the importance of strategic planning and the most significant elements necessary for the success of the department and the leading institutions in their field and the dissemination of modern and advanced concepts as a strategic culture. At the top of these activities is the training on the strategic plan management platform to apply the principle of a «paperless environment». This is a qualitative leap for SAB in terms of electronic circulation and analysis of all strategic plan information and analysis. This may be considered a real beginning of the new strategic planning phase in the State Audit Bureau.
